He guided us of where we could get the best price and explaining each pa Our sales rep was Tulo Fasa who was a gentleman all the way thought the deal. He guided us of where we could get the best price and explaining each part of the lease. His manager then came to try to close the deal but seem to drag his feet about the numbers. We stuck to our guns to what we wanted on the price of the car. As we were about to leave the dealership the general manager, Mr. Yama came to us with Mr Fasa and to make us happy he agreed with the price we wanted and they closed the deal. The next day we dealt with Jeff from Finance of which he patiently explained each line of the contact. We also sat with Angela from State Farm giving us a quote for insurance, we were impressed of her professionalism and knowledge of insurance. Excellent Customer Service. Emil provided me with excellent service on my purchase of my RAV4. He explained all of the features that the RAV4 has to offer meticulously. He did not rush us to buy anything until we have test driven the car first. When we've finally decided that the RAV4 was the optimal choice, he sat down with us and explained over all of the features again with us just to make sure that we know what we are buying. After the sale, I was surprised that he went over all of the features in the car again with us just to make sure that we are comfortable with the car–I was surprised because the sale was done and he could have just walk away but he didn't. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. More
