Every department needs to work on communication and integrity. The finance manager was very condescending, pompous and arrogant…won’t own up to his poor communication, instead tried to gaslight stating it was my inability to comprehend. He failed to accept or recognize my knowledge and education but instead spoke down to me like someone beneath him and not worthy of his time. Unfortunately, what started out as an adventure to purchase a Jeep for a fun recreational amenity, turned into a multi day nightmare. I will never do business with this dealership again, nor will I ever recommend them. Experience ruined… More
