It was an excellent experience with Wayne Akers service and Yankiel. He kept me informed on the service, had the service performed exactly as needed, and provided me with a loaner vehicle since the service and Yankiel. The women handling the loaner vehicle also were exceptional. I used to go to Al Packer service, but no longer. I will now go to Wayne Akers for all of my Ford service needs. They are efficient, fulfill their service promise, and their service area doesn't look like a bomb hit it (which Al Packer looks like). More
