I initially considered a particular model of Ford Fusion that I had seen on-line. When I visited the dealer, he walked me through all of the options on the car and we went out for a spin. During the ride, I mentioned 1 or 2 features that were not on that particular model, and when we returned, Yannick went through the inventory and found the model that gave me exactly what I was looking for at a price that fit my budget. All while being friendly, outgoing, no pressure, and totally knowledgeable about the Ford product line. Hands down my best car buying experience. More

As a woman, Yannick is respectful to all customers and treats all equally and with respect. Yannick is an asset to this dealership, and as i said in another review- he is a a star. We WILL buy from him again and have Koons service our Mustang. Our finance person, Adrian, was our only negative- the Director was nice, but I would not want to work with that person again. He was pushy, he was impatient, and condescending. He does not come across well to a woman. Unfriendly. Yannick made it all worth it! More
