I'm so delighted that he was there to make this experience an enjoyable one. I can't thank Steve Brown enough for making sure that his team took care of me! Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank Michael Palmer who made the really scary part (financing), easy to understand. Really happy with experience & salesman, Yannick Ernsting I was looking for something with better gas mileage and decided last week to trade my '11 Ford Escape in for a '15 Ford Focus. Before deciding on Koo I was looking for something with better gas mileage and decided last week to trade my '11 Ford Escape in for a '15 Ford Focus. Before deciding on Koons, we had called a few other Ford dealerships to see what kind of offers they had. Long story short, Yannick was the last sales rep we got in touch with via phone - he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and he was very upfront about his ability to get me in the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay - we decided we were most comfortable going to Koons after speaking with Yannick. The next day at the dealership I met Yannick (who came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule) and test drove the Focus. We spent the next few hours coming to an agreement on the value of my trade in and price of the new vehicle. When all was said and done, Yannick and his sales manager were able to get me into the vehicle at my desired monthly payment. The entire process was a stark contrast to my previous experiences with car dealers. Yannick never pressured me and I felt he genuinely cared about me leaving the lot feeling good about my purchase and the price I paid. I will recommend him to all of my family, friends, and colleagues in the local area. I wanted to give one final plug to Mike Palmer in the finance department, such a stand up guy - he closed the deal at the end of the night, really appreciated working with him too. Writing a solid review for a car dealer wasn't something I thought I'd ever do, but Yannick really impressed. I'll definitely be back to Koons, and/or wherever Yannick is selling cars in the future. Ask for him at Koons! More

Although it was around 3 pm in a very hot day of July, Yannick was very nice and offered to help me decide and chose a car. He spent about 2 hours between me and his managers to get me the deal that I want. I also would like to thank the finance manager Danny Islam who was very cooperative and advised me about what kind of warranties I need to buy and what is the best option to finance my loan. I will definitely come back to this place in future car shopping! More
