When we went to look at the car we asked about it. We were assured the entire cat was checked out and the A/C was fine. It wasn't. The refrigerant leaked from the start and within the year we ended up replacing a cracked condenser for ~$1100. Now we have a battery that is failing and still under the warranty period, they refuse to warranty the battery because we didn't buy the battery separately. Lying salesmen, warranty refusal, and a manager that doesn't give a xxxx about clients. GO ELSEWHERE! More

I have attempted to contact this dealership multiple times and ask for the Sales Manager each time. I am told the manager is not available and I receive a call back from the salesman, Aladdin. I express times and ask for the Sales Manager each time. I am told the manager is not available and I receive a call back from the salesman, Aladdin. I expressed my concerns with Aladdin the vehicle issues during the buying process. I was told that I would receive a 4,000 mile / 4 month warranty. I also purchased the $7,500 extended warranty. I have yet to receive any information regarding the warranty I purchased nor the 4k/4 month warranty. I was also never contacted after my purchase to check in on the vehicles performance. I am having transmission in addition to technology issues. AVOID BOMNIN CHEVROLET MANASSAS! More

Ima say, I was in the area for work. I called them to see about getting a service on me work van tire. Without an appointment, they told me to bring it in. I did. They LEARNED the 4 tire pressure sensors to the van. No charge!! How awesome that is. Ima say, I was happy. I didn't think anything was free anymore except Salvation. Matches used to be free when I smoked years ago. I smoked alot of dope and drank alot of beer and booze. Salvation thru the shed blood of Jesus saved my soul for all of eternity, AND God began a great transformation in my life. I no longer require the free matches. I do appreciate the free service and excellent care. I did have to come back the following day because when I took the tires and wheels off of a different van and had them installed on this van, one of the sensors never did stay connected. I called again to see if they could replace that sensor on.the front right wheel. Again ,my guy, said bring it in. No appointment just bring it in. Man, ima say, I was happy too. I was able to also get a front end alignment also. Now I had to wait this time , but that was certainly okay with me. My company paid me for the day to get this taken care of. I even went next door when I felt hungry and low and behold, I recieved a free sample. This was great. A free sample of chicken. Then I ended up purchasing a chicken samich and got a free big Gulbis. Large one at that. So the free things in life turned out to be more than I expected. The best free gift though is the love that God has for us. Once you understand that the shed blood of Jesus is RESCUING us from an eternity condemned to xxxx. I hope everyone chooses Jesus, but many have chosen to REJECT Him. Those are the ones in xxxx. Even right now. Just like my dad. He chose to spend all of eternity in xxxx, paying the penalty of sin himself, instead of accepting the payment Jesus paid on his behalf. I can only respect his decision, as stupid as it is, no one can decide salvation for him. My dad had to make that decision himself. Just like me and you and everyone in this world. We all come to Jesus the same way. By asking Him into our heart. Now back to this service department, they performed front end alignment and there are fantastic results. Van runs straight without pulling now. New tire pressure sensor reads true. It's been a pleasure to respond to this survey. I hope the information I've added helps someone. More
