Fantastic Experience I was researching a replacement car for my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I realized I could very likely fit a new Hyundai Elantra into my budget, I went to Rosen to see if I enjoyed it enough to purchase. Gregg was my salesman and he was amazing. He isn't big on the BS and very easy to work with. He also has checked in with me since the purchase to make sure I have figured everything out ok and that I am enjoying my new car. He can come across as the "grumpy old man," but don't let him fool you; he's actually very easy to work with and definitely is more customer service than sales focused. I also really wanted to review Yaseen because he made the finance portion very easy, and since this was my third vehicle purchase, I know how long the process can take. He was very up front with me about picking a payment that was $3 more a month with the caveat that the cheaper bank was not available for online payment. I decided the convenience was worth paying approximately $250 more over the life of the loan. Also, I wanted to give Mike some credit for not being a super high pressure aftermarket salesman. I know his job is selling the add ons at the end, so he most certainly did his job pushing the sale, but I definitely was expecting to feel more pressured than I did, which actually caught me a little off guard. Frank was also very good about checking up and letting me know what was going on, where I was in line for things, because they were extremely busy for a Monday night. I won't downgrade them for that because no sales position can control customer volume, so it would be immensely unfair of me to hold that against them. They did deal with it quite well, though. Overall, I would definitely recommend them because they really made my first completely solo car buying experience easy. More

Best Car Buying Experience I negotiated pricing over text messaging and phone with Yaseen. He was able to get the pricing on a 2018 Sonata Sport where I wanted it to be. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock (Quartz White Pearl) so Yaseen arranged a trade with another Hyundai dealership for the color I wanted. All I had to do when i came into the dealership was sign and drive. Debrah in finance was the sweetest person to deal with. They even lowered my monthly lease payment by $9.00 from when originally quoted. Rosen Hyundai has a new customer for life now!! More

I took my Santa Fe sport for a very long test drive to Arlington Heights to show the family,I really got to get a feel for the car. Everyone loved it,it looks n runs like brand new inside n out. I feel like I got the best deal out there compared to everything else within 25 miles. I'm glad I took the drive there,honestly it was the last place I had expected to find my car,I was shopping for quite a while. I found it on car guru. Very happy with it..
