Great dealership. I went into Rosen Hyundai looking to get out of a bad deal I was previously in. I purchased my first car with barely any credit, and as a result I had I went into Rosen Hyundai looking to get out of a bad deal I was previously in. I purchased my first car with barely any credit, and as a result I had a very high interest rate. I owed more than my vehicle was worth. Eddie Hernandez was able to almost make my old loan go away, and I was able to go home in a brand new Tucson AWD for about $40 more a month than my 2010 Jeep Liberty. The process was great! No Hassle, No Fuss After viewing available Hyundai Santa Fe's over the internet, decided to go to this dealership even though it was about 50 minutes away from where we After viewing available Hyundai Santa Fe's over the internet, decided to go to this dealership even though it was about 50 minutes away from where we live. Arrived at the dealership was assigned to Richie as our sales rep. He helped find the right vehicle for us from my list of options and our ideas of what we wanted in a new Santa Fe. While we were taking a test drive they did an inspection on our 2014 Santa Fe and came up with a trade in value that was very generous for a car with 85000 plus miles. Richie worked with their system to come up with different scenerios to see whether we should go with a 0% interest and $1000 rebate or if it would be better for us to take the $4000 in rebates they were offering on this vehicle and finance with a low interest loan. We decided on the larger rebates and the low interest rate loan that they got through a local bank. Richie Matthies did an outstanding job, never pressuring us or making us feel unappreciated. Good job and I would recommmend him to anyone as a sales rep. More

I was connected to a sales person named John Muehl. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he quickly provided 2 vehicles that fit my request. I was originally interested in the 2018 Tucson Sport 1.6T AWD. After a test drive and seeing the other models available at the dealership my wife decided that she liked the Santa Fe Sport better due to its larger size. John quickly provided a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD in the color and options that best fit our needs. After driving the Santa Fe my wife decided that was the vehicle for her. John was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles, warranties and financing options. This was by far one of the best new car buying experiences we have ever experienced. We were in and out of the dealership in no time. John even made a courtesy call a few days after our purchase to see how we were enjoying our new Santa Fe. Service like this is hard to come by.
