The sales staff we worked with were great. However, the Customer WiFi that was needed to download the Toyota Connect app was very weak on the sales floor. I could not even connect to the int However, the Customer WiFi that was needed to download the Toyota Connect app was very weak on the sales floor. I could not even connect to the internet via WiFi on my iPhone 11. My wife's iPhone 15 worked better, but it took more than 5 minutes to download the app via WiFi. At our home WiFi, I was able to download Toyota Connect on my iPhone 11 in just 20 seconds. If there is a need to download the Toyota Connect app as part of the vehicle acceptance process, Wilde Toyota needs to provide a more robust WiFi option for customers! The experience was very frustrating!!! More

I love the new car I purchased. I wish they would have allocated more time to explaining the options and features of the car. Once the check was signed, they seemed more than anxi I wish they would have allocated more time to explaining the options and features of the car. Once the check was signed, they seemed more than anxious to get me out of the dealership and on to the next customer. I expected a little more service in exchange for a 75k car. More
