They were very professional and resolved all my issues. The only problem was I had to make second unnecessary visit, which cost me time and gas. It should have been resolved on the first visit. Overall my experience with the service center has been great. From the very pleasant staff to their suggestions. My last visit I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. This particular week Nissan great. From the very pleasant staff to their suggestions. My last visit I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. This particular week Nissan ran a deal for multiple point inspection. What was found was great for me and Nick my sales representative explained everything to me clearly. I was even happier to find that it was covered under my warranty. This whole experience has made me happy in knowing that I made the right decision in buying a Nissan and that it was with South Shore Nissan thank you to everyone. More
