When i first came to the dealership i was working with Andre. He was very pushy and tried getting me to buy a car I didn’t want. He knew i was looking for a specific model and when the shipment arrived he Andre. He was very pushy and tried getting me to buy a car I didn’t want. He knew i was looking for a specific model and when the shipment arrived he didn’t notify me. All three cars from the shipment were sold and he didn’t notify me even though we were in communication since 11am. I came in at 6pm and he finally told me they were all sold. That’s when he tried showing me another more expensive model. I asked when the model i was looking for would come in and he stated it would arrive the next day. I received a call stating a shipment came in so I headed over. I found another salesperson to help me named Yessenia Gallegos. She was able to find me the same car but a model up for only a small difference. I was shocked! Yessenia was an outstanding saleswoman. She was so nice and caring as she helped me helped me buy my car. She was very quick at retrieving the comparing of specs between the original car and the car she found me. I was waiting for on the days shipment and she even got me a written out breakdown of my payment by the time I arrived which i only live less than 10 minutes away so I’d say that’s pretty fast! After speaking with her and the manager about the awful service I had the night prior with Andre they were able to find me something I liked and in my price range without making me feel pushed into a purchase! I am so thankful! I will absolutely recommend Yessenia to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle! Thank you! More
