I ran my credit with the company because the dealership told me the car I was looking at online was in pristine condition, minus a few cosmetic flaws. I drove 400+ miles to Youngstown, Ohio to do business with this car dealership and upon arriving, the vehicle had a dead battery, water damage in the top left A-Pillar, the trunk would not open, and the suspension would not function. After respectfully asking for a refund, I was told that they would not issue one.
Save yourself a headache and search elsewhere.

We try to make sure our customers are aware of any issues with the vehicle they are looking at. We sell pre-owned vehicles and realize they can't be perfect so we make sure we post clear pictures of them online. We also make sure our customers understand when they put a deposit down what the conditions are that go along with the deposit.
The deposit is transferable to other vehicles on our lot and I'm sure we have similar vehicles available that we would be glad to work with you on.

Unfortunately, I was not informed of the "conditions" of the vehicle as they were. I was misinformed. I have the screenshots from your sales representative, who shares my sentiment.
Frankly, I do NOT wish to do business with a company that has zero empathy for the customer.
*Edit - Your response is pretty much "sorry we made a mistake," we try not to, but it happens, good luck to you. No remedy to be had here. If you're in the wrong, remedy the issue. I would not have been as aggrevated if you had elected to refund a deposit I left for something your advertisement misinformed me about.

I did vall you yesterday and got the same thing let me.talk to tje manager and ill vall you back and didnt jere from you ahain! And i valled you and told you i have to get it towed witch is going to cost me more money. So i will call you and i will be recording the phone call so i van post it for the world to hear.i paid tou $9400 cash and called you the same day and didnt hear back from you as you said i would until i kept calling you.sinve i have to tow it from salem all the way to the other side of youngstown you should have me take it to stadium gm in salem who acually builds them so it doesnt xost me $150 towing bill.why would i want to take it to your macanic that you said its been looked at before lime all your cars and missed the dangerous things again on this hummer i bought from you? I feel safe to take it to someone who knows about them.you guys cant be trusted! So i will call you again for the 9th time today.but plz dont have the person say they are the manager and then get back on the phone and say you have to talk to a manager and get back to me lol. My salesman was great. He really tried to help me through some issues. After I purchased the 2012 Challenger I got home and realized the car mats were missing. I went back a few days later to pick them up and one had roughly a 2" hole in it. I threw them straight in the trash. I then got stranded at a gas station because my battery died. Replaced that then realized I didn't get any paperwork on the warranty I purchased. Thankfully they were able to email it. One of the fog lights were burned out. Cost me $30 to replace that and the oil change light was flashing. Shame on me for not inspecting it a little better. Lesson learned.

Our detailers are trained not to put old mats in the vehicles. It might leave a bad odor after detailing unless it is plastic/weather tech mats. In your case, the mats were not in good condition to put. Per your request, it was given to you and as you stated they were not in usable condition. We are sorry that your warranty was forgotten to hand to you by your salesman. The battery was covered in your warranty plan and you've got that taken care of. Oil change light comes on every vehicle periodically. It needs to be reset every time it's changed. In your case, your vehicle did come with a fresh oil&filter change. We wouldn't mind to help you with your fog light bulbs as courtesy if you let us know. We'd like to create a life time relationship with our clientele. We care about every customer's positive or negative feedback. This helps us to improve and serve you better in the future.
