When I made the appointment for a recall repair I was told to drop the car off at 8 AM. They keep the car 4 hours. At noon I was told that recalls are done at the end of the day. I had an appointment for an oil change at 8:30am…… I had to wait 3 hours…. I was the first car to go in . I had the first appointment.
