He was very helpful and made sure I got the best deal and the vehicle I desired. He called me right after I got my car to make sure everything was okay. He calls or e-mails me when there is any specials and/or promotion going on. He always stops by to chat when I take my car for service. After I bought my Highlander from him, I referred at least 5 other friends to him and he took great care of them just the same way he did for me. It's not easy to find a honest car salesperson who seems really enjoys what he does, very passionate about where he works, and treats every customer like his own friend. I would definitely recommend Yo to be your car sales representative at Olathe Toyota because he will not only make it a very pleasant experience, but also gain a friendship in the process.
