Pathetic service, courteous only till the time deal is made I bought an SUV today from the Olathe Toyata and believe me, its one of the worst services provided in all the dealers I have met till date. I was sho I bought an SUV today from the Olathe Toyata and believe me, its one of the worst services provided in all the dealers I have met till date. I was shown the vehicle and made a test drive. I was impressed and interested in buying the same. Post the negotiations made ( negotiations were not heated or argumentative but gentle and a price was finalized). Post the negotiation was done and price deal was finalized, it was told to us that accident reported on this car which was not told earlier. Post insurance was done and finance work is completed, we noticed that there is a defect in the interior body of the car, which we informed the sales guy which in turn brought to the attention to the manager. and the manager simply declined to accept the fault that it was not documented and insisted that we should have checked the car before finalizing, when told that this is something that needs to be fixed by the company, they simply said, take the car or leave it in a very rude and unprofessional tone. When we asked them about the same, they simply says, its a minor break which we cannot commit to fix and they are happy if we dont take a car and leave . I can go on but I would simply say, guys if you are interested in vehicle and going to this outlet, please please please get the vehicle checked even the minutest of detail and insist on get everything documented before even sitting to make a deal... and please know that these people dont know what customer service is specially the managers and people sitting on the billing desks. The dealership is great - fair market prices, far market trade evaluations and a top notch service department that ensures customer service and satisfaction. The sales teams works with customers to ensure that they are comfortable in the purchase and explains everything in detail. I love our Toyota's - they have been awesome. We would have not gotten rid of our last Toyota (8 years, 170,000+ miles) if we had not outgrown it and the great certified deal had not come along! Johannes and Yo were great sales team to work with - ask for them if you want a low pressure sales experience. More

I had the pleasure of meeting Yo in 2005 when I walked up to the door of the dealership, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable and has a good since of humor. I told him I was interested in a Rav 4 and he too to the door of the dealership, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable and has a good since of humor. I told him I was interested in a Rav 4 and he took some information about me and showed me some Ravs, I left with a 2005 Rav 4 that day. I have told several people about my experience with Yo and how curtious everyone is at Olathe Toyota, but to ask for Yo when they go to buy a vehicle, he will be honest and upfront with you. I have been buying my vehicles from their ever since that day. My husband has bought his trucks through Yo and my parents have bought their cars through Yo. Everyone that I have referred to Yo has been very happy with the way they are treated. Yo also calls us to make sure we are happy with our vehicles and he sends text to wish us happy holidays.
