Service was exceptional! My sales person, Yokasta, called the day before and apologized she wouldn’t be there that day, but if I had any problems with service to please call her. I feel I was taken advantage of in my last purchase - promises made that were not kept & I felt I was taken advantage of. Against my better judgment I decided to go to Leesburg Nissan to look at a new car. I was very impressed w Sales person - YOKASTA -She went out of her way to spend the time needed to make us feel "maybe this sales office might be different" - and so far it has been. Everyone we worked w was courteous, professional & personable from the receptionist to salesperson -Yokasta - to others who helped her & to the Financial manager. So far my current experience has renewed hope that this sales office is different from my last one. Kudos to Jenkins Nissan & your staff. More
