Please reply to my earlier email and phone calls: will your warranty department cover the cost of the recent repair since the car was CPO? I understand that it was a 4 days after the CPO expired, so it i your warranty department cover the cost of the recent repair since the car was CPO? I understand that it was a 4 days after the CPO expired, so it is possible that it will not be covered, but I was told that there would be a reply to my request a couple of times. In the past, this dealership was very prompt with answering phone calls, completing service, and making sure that the loaner cars were in good shape. In the last 18 months, it has taken upwards of 3 days for routine care, loaner cars have issues (no windshield wiper on the driver's side, under inflated tires); slow reply to calls about vehicle status (sometimes over a day). I should add that the service people I have met with -- Nick Sullivan and Yordanys Perez-- have been personable and knowledgable. I would recommend the old service center, which is why I continue to come here. I would not recommend the service center of the last 18 months. More

Best experience we had at the Service department with Yordanys. Yordanys Perez helped to get my husband's car serviced at BMW Sudbury. From the Dropping the car off for the service, and getting the ex Yordanys. Yordanys Perez helped to get my husband's car serviced at BMW Sudbury. From the Dropping the car off for the service, and getting the extended warranty processed through ( during this process, multiple phone calls and text was made to and from Yordanys as there was a issues. and during the whole process he was very attentive ) and to the picking up the car, Yordanys was on top of everything. and once the car was ready, he informed me right away. When I went to pick up the car, He did not hand me off to someone else after the car was done. He walked me to the car and waited for me to check the car to make sure no odd message was popping up on the dashboard again. Between all the BMW cars I had since 2001, I have been to BMW dealers many times. and the experiences were between OK/ good. It's been a while since Me and My husband both felt like that we were really cared for and treated as a valuable customer at the service department. Yordanys made us feel special and I really appreciate the care he has for the customers. More

I took my car in for service because the MIL light came on. After the inspection, it turned out there was nothing wrong, and they just performed a software update and charged me over $850 for it. This experience makes me feel like car manufacturers have little incentive to make reliable vehicles if they can profit from unnecessary fixes. I’m giving 3 stars because the staffs were reasonably polite, and it felt unfair to rate them too low. However, I doubt anyone would be pleased to be charged $850 by the car dealer due to a false alert from their car. More

The quality of the dealership has gone down significantly in the last one year. Came in for a tire replacement for the front wheels with the new tires inside the car and even informed at the check in desk. T in the last one year. The service technician didn’t bother to look inside the car and tried to install a brand new set from the inventory. Bonus, they installed one tire and told me that they didn’t have a second tire and need to order one. Long story short, spent four hours for just two tire swaps and alignment. I would suggest other dealerships for the service work. More
