The district manager kept my truck for the 30 day period so I couldn't get the things fixed it needed they did 0 maintaining to it it needed everything done n over 1500 dollars it cost needed a new front se so I couldn't get the things fixed it needed they did 0 maintaining to it it needed everything done n over 1500 dollars it cost needed a new front seat cover they damaged my truck on delivery n didn't replace the tailgate they charged me the 1200 for the ceramic coating that was never put on they scratched my whole truck with swirls n purposely scratched big ones and dented it they put over 1000 miles on it refused to give me corporate #. It needed brakes n roters n everything flushed they did nothing but drive it around left 2 dry rot tires on it that cost 900 for 2 it's a 2020 lt trail boss I asked them to fix the issues n they refused 2. More

My review is mixed. . Yordanys was very pleasant and did a great job with explaining the service and costs associated with it. He did everything he could to ensure that . Yordanys was very pleasant and did a great job with explaining the service and costs associated with it. He did everything he could to ensure that I was happy with the service especially since it was brought up that the technicians did not record correctly the issues from the previous year service. Yordanys fixed this and resolved what was incorrectly done the year before. More
