Mr. Rogers, thank you for answering the survey that I sent you. I am very upset because I could only have my car for a week and then it had brake and transmission problems. I took it to be fixed on December 29, 2022 and they still have not told me when it will be ready to be picked up. I also have a Lexus car and when I take it in for service, the most it takes is two days for service or repair. I am disappointed and I don't think I can recommend them to anyone. It is a lack of respect. Thank you.
