This person has no sense of approaching customers. He'll behave like he owns you, with all his partially working cars. After giving discounts, he'll adjust all the fees in dealership add on's. Completely horrible. Never have any vehicle on website. Too many concerns to list. Did not receive any information back but keep getting emails to go through the same dead end process. Trash asf. I got a car with manager Jose ! car Factory Outlet is lying about bank approvals to get people’s Down payments then months later told me i wasn’t approved and they want the car back.
