I brought my truck in with a broken window and tire sensor. The tire sensor failed under warrenty. They call me 15 minutes before closing time abount replacing a mirror.I told them to give my truck ba sensor. The tire sensor failed under warrenty. They call me 15 minutes before closing time abount replacing a mirror.I told them to give my truck back.I had a car glass shop do the job in less than 2 hours. Wolfchasr Nissan charged me about $168.00 dollars to do nothing but waste my time.I will never set foot in that place again. More

I have never experienced a more professional, detailed and caring Service Dept. as the one at Wolfchase Nissan. The entire staff will drop whatever they are doing to stop and help you. A sales rep that we’ve worked with before met with my husband to discuss a potential sale, during which my husband told him that we really were only interested in making a deal if there was a fair valuat husband to discuss a potential sale, during which my husband told him that we really were only interested in making a deal if there was a fair valuation on our trade-in and there was $1-2k of wiggle room in the price of the truck. While the trade was being evaluated, he asked my husband to fill out a credit application. My husband told him that we would be financing through Capital One and agreed to fill out/sign the credit application as long as this would only be run through Capital One. He expressed that we are planning to buy a house in the coming months and could not afford issues such as unnecessary hard inquiries. The rep assured him that it would only pull it one time and then stated that Capital One and Nissan are somehow the same thing when it comes to financing through Wolfchase Nissan. My husband agreed contingent on only one hard inquiry through Capital One. He naturally assumed that the credit inquiry wouldn’t be made until the trade-in value was determined/relayed to him. Moments later, I received 7 notifications from Experian notifying me of all of the hard inquiries that were just processed. I called my husband to make sure he was aware so he could address this while he was there and we were interrupted by the rep returning with a proposed deal, stating the same listing price as the website and listing our trade in value at $3,000. First- my husband asked why credit was pulled so many times/before trade-in value and price were thoroughly discussed- no answer was provided. My husband then questioned the trade in value due to how comically low it was given then KBB on our vehicle (including repairs the KBB valuation is $7,250). The rep said the trade-in value was lower because the bumper on our car needed to be replaced (a fairly inexpensive fix) and there was some rust in one of the wheel wells. My husband then questioned his unwillingness to negotiate on the price and the rep suggested that we buy essentially a work truck (no electric windows, no back seat, etc.) to fit our budget and said “some deals just don’t work out”. Due to the offensive nature of the final comment, my husband left and this was the end of the interaction. I think it would be unnecessary and fairly redundant to point out of the issues with this interaction. My husband and I both called/emailed the general manager, the general manager of sales and the director of finance and have yet to receive a reply 24 hours later. In the process of trying to get their contact into, I also noticed several other complaints that were similar in nature on the BBB website. Today we received an additional 8 inquires.. a total of 15 hard inquiries. We ended up buying a truck from another local dealership and when talking to the finance manager he said that this was not the first thing like this he has heard about Wolfchase Nissan and reiterated that they had an extremely poor reputation and generally do not care about customers or breaking the law to generate more revenue. Another dealership told us that they’ve been known to run additional credit checks out of spite after a deal falls through. I’ve sent everything to the BBB of TN and Nissan Consumer Affairs. I’m considering legal action and media coverage at this point.Everyone should steer clear and please also review the BBB complaints. Inexcusable. More
