I will definitely buy another car from Santa Monica BMW.!!! The gentleman in the office who took care of the paperwork was very knowledgeable also and very kind and very easy to work with!!! I even talked to the owner who was extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable and just a joy to speak with everyone from the owner to the Salesman to the gentleman who does the paperwork made me feel so ease buying this brand new BMW it was a pleasure to work with them!!! Traveling from out of state. The car was out of alighment and the break rotors were shuttering terribly. They resurfaced rotors (on a 2022) and still not great. Never purcahsed a BMW from a BMW dealership that was this poorly prepared for sale. Now I have to take to the dealer here. Sales rep was nice and did all he could. Same with the mechanic but ultimately - they should have replaced the rotors and fixed it right. More
