The first time I came in I was just a baby who had no idea how credit worked with a beat up truck that definitely shouldn’t have been driven there, and Janet not only helped me into a car I could afford, but mentored me in how to raise my credit, so that when I was ready I could come get what I wanted, instead of just what I could afford. She doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking questions, and she always makes sure that you understand what’s going on so that you’re not just rushing into this blind. From October 29th, until November 22, I was under the impression that I was good and that I still may need a co-signer. That was stressful. I then received an email thanking me for my purchase day later. Thus, I believe all was good and I can enjoy the used vehicle. Now, on December 10th, I am told that the car must be returned. This is crazy. The financing department, with there false assurances, has really stressed me out, scrambling now during the holiday season. I was even assured that in house financing was a great option. More
