My wife and I were very interested in a used car this dealership had listed for $14,000. We scheduled a visit to come test drive and buy the vehicle, but when we arrived, they told us a sales person left dealership had listed for $14,000. We scheduled a visit to come test drive and buy the vehicle, but when we arrived, they told us a sales person left with the keys. Frustrating, but ok, we rescheduled to come back the next day. The next day, the price suddenly increased by $2,300. I called to figure out what the deal was and wasn't given many answers, but was told they would call back. After nearly 4 hours, myself making multiple follow-up calls, being on hold for nearly an hour in total, they came back and said they were sticking to the price and that it was always the price listed, but claimed someone made a mistake with the $14k price, so they fixed it. The reality is they have had this car for over 3 months and the price had changed several times and was at the $14k price for nearly a full week. All of this is easily verifiable on Carfax. On top of this, they were also going to add over $6,000 in additional fees, not including taxes. The $14,000 car is now actually a $23,000 car. None of this was disclosed or advertised. Ultimately this is an incredibly dishonest dealership. They pulled a bait and switch on pricing, knowingly and directly lied about the pricing history, they do not operate in good faith with their enormous additional secret fees, and will waste several hours of time in the process with many people being incredibly rude along the way as well. I cannot provide a low enough review of this dealership nor a great enough warning to other potential customers. I would highly discourage anyone who values their time, money, or receiving a positive customer service experience from ever stepping foot on their property. More

First off, absolutely stellar service! Just over one week later & I’m still fully satisfied with my 2020 RAV4. Both Mr. Asaad & Mr. Castillo worked past closing time to get the deal do Just over one week later & I’m still fully satisfied with my 2020 RAV4. Both Mr. Asaad & Mr. Castillo worked past closing time to get the deal done right. Spending most of my time with Mr. Asaad, he kept the proceedings smooth & left me with no questions at the end of the night, having already run the numbers & explained the TOTB Advantage. Bottom line, he was able to negotiate a killer trade-in deal on my behalf. Mr. Castillo took over afterward & helped me get through the usual myriad of paperwork. What made it special for me is that we were able to be completely candid about everything from the laws that led to certain paperwork to what combination of protections would be right for me given what’s covered by the used car service contract. An overall amazing visit! As with all things, be sure to arm yourself with the most knowledge you can before heading to the dealership so you keep their jobs easy. More

Beware buyers. I called Tampa Bay Toyota to verify a 2022 Prius Prime was available. The sales rep said it was. Internet price was $34500. When I arrive the salesma I called Tampa Bay Toyota to verify a 2022 Prius Prime was available. The sales rep said it was. Internet price was $34500. When I arrive the salesman was kind enough to show me the car and did a test drive. The salesman said they were no Prius available anywhere. I told him they were. I had food two in Georgia. I love the car the salesman showed me. I told the salesman I would take it. Didn’t need financing. Salesman had me to wait, while he went to the sales manager to get the proposal. When I look at the final price it was approximately $50,000. Yes I said $50000 for a Prius XLE!!!! I ask how did it go from $34,500 to $50000. He said the dealership is charging additional $15,000 for Market Adjustment Fee. I learned this cost was not inherited from the factory. It is at each dealers discretion. I fill this practice is shady. Advertise on the internet one price then when you get to the dealership it is a different price. For people who pay this ridiculous fee, will loose big time when comes time to sell or trade that car. I left the dealership with a bad taste in my mouth. I went home found 4 Prius’s in Florida and 3 in Georgia. I bought the basically the same car. 2022 Prime Limited in Warner Robins, GA. Guess what? No Market Adjustment Fee!!! For anyone who goes to this dealership, and they try to charge you this fee. Walk away. Just know there are many dealers who do not punish their customers for the dealership’s short comings. More

These guys are the most dishonest people I've ever dealt with in my life they just tried to Swindle $6,000 out of me on a $18,000 truck by saying the pre-approval under that I came in the door with piece o with in my life they just tried to Swindle $6,000 out of me on a $18,000 truck by saying the pre-approval under that I came in the door with piece of paper from the bank s they didn't want me to use this because they wanted me use another bank at a higher rate and telling me that my lender denied the loan based off my credit and they never submitted and to them until i said i will contact them myself he ran back and submitted without the required verification paperwork of mine, he came back with saying i only have one option with your credit score and that's to go with this American finance company that they are in cahoots with I say that's not true I just was on the phone with the lender I got this approval voucher made up right before I came here so I know what you're saying is not correct that he comes back to me he submits the application without any of the required paperwork to prove income in all these things that clearly noted as stipulations from my lender he just crossed it out with a magic marker and said no that's not it and he circles to work tonight at the top stopping my challenges from top to bottom and then I look at the sheet that he's got you something this is my only option they quoted me the price for the trade trade in sale walk out the door because they weren't going to make as much money off the deal by giving me the worst deal that they possibly could if you go to the dealership get your own financing lined up because they will manipulate your information submit what they want or probably even worse to get you in belief that you have to go with they're the bag they want you to and they will go as far as falsifying documents and lying right to your face when called out on it. Abraham you're not a good guy man I make 36 Grand a year if you're trying to steal thay kind of money for me just to pad your pocket a little bit without any shame how many people a year do you guys do that to? The manager has not responded to my email asking if that kind of behavior is concerned by his staff sad it's a sad thing to be that dishonest and Ive contacted the appropriate people to expose this More

Our financial services advisor,Nidal did everything he could to get us the best deal. When we got home after purchasing the C-HR, the right front headlight went out. I took the car into the service department and was told it would be a long wait until the technician could look at my car. I unfortunately could not stay. I went to auto zone and bought the light bulb I needed. I then went back to the dealership and they were able to get me a full refund for the cost. Thank you so much to all the staff at Toyota of Tampa Bay! They will take care of you! More
