Since the new owners I have noticed a BIG DIFFERENCE in customer care. When you pull up at the service center and go in the office you get redirected to one of the rep’s in the office. Before new owners the service center ran smoothly. Why on earth would you move the Register and Receptionist in that tiny office was a mistake, customers walk in and don’t know where to go not only that but I observed customers wanting to pay for new parts and don’t know where to go. LETS GET BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE Oh one other thing, I had new tire installed. When I came in I had Black Wall Tires, when I picked up my truck I had Raised White Letters🤬 Paying attention to details on customers vehicles is important More
