So I steeled my nerves, had all my notes and research ready and off my husband and I went. We were prepared to do battle! However, we were pleasantly surprised when instead of being met with unyielding price tags and arrogance our salesman was more than happy to work with us in every way he could. That salesman was Steven Ullrich. We worked the numbers trying to get the car that I wanted to be affordable for me. Steven even found the Forester that we had "speced" out online to end up being what is now my Dream Car! I might add that it was refreshing that once Steven took the first ride with us after that he let us go out on our own. It's a little uncomfortable having the salesman riding alongside of you and we enjoyed this privacy to talk our budget etc.! All that being said the BEST thing that Freehold offers is the one-on-one you have with John DePalma! New cars today have so many bells and whistles that you drive it off the lot not knowing what 3/4 of them are! Sitting with you in your new car and going over absolutely everything was beyond my expectations! The last Forester I drove for 3 years and didn't know how to work most things on it! John was funny, professional and very patient! And the $50 WaWa gift card was a bonus! I told John I thought maybe I should be paying him for that wonderful hands on overview! Bottom line, 3rd time here and see our relationship going on for quite a while! I highly recommend Freehold Subaru! More
