I appreciated the personal touch as having Yve as my assistant. I was also thankful that I was provided with a complimentary Uber ride home while I was waiting. Then I received a video of the work tha assistant. I was also thankful that I was provided with a complimentary Uber ride home while I was waiting. Then I received a video of the work that was being done! Amazing! And there were a few optional things that could have been done, but I was not "pushed" into them. I really appreciate that. This is my first time to take the car in since my husband passed away. I was kind of dreading it since this was always his "job." But I felt very well cared for and did not feel taken advantage of. Service has declined. The last visit was the worst. Over 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change. Waited 45 minutes to an hour at check in line. No apology just excuses. Car not washed and wiper blades falling apart yet inspected? No discussion, just a text message when my truck was finally done. Cabin air and engine filters have never been replaced. No mention. A service employee noticed the truck still had Patrick's name tag and another sticker when I was leaving. He then offer to take my truck back through the carwash. Service at GettleToyota of Lakewood has opportunities. More
