The in the service department needs to learn to speak to customers instead of just grunting at them. There was no explanation. Nice facility and friendly staff but I'd prefer not having to sit and wait in my car with the engine running for 20 minutes until "my" service advisor can make it out. At other dealership service cente having to sit and wait in my car with the engine running for 20 minutes until "my" service advisor can make it out. At other dealership service centers I've been to, you park in line, then wait your turn inside the building. More

Show up at my appointment time and was the only car there in the service area at the time. I waited for about 15 minutes before Yve ever came out to greet me and I think she only came out then because a gent in the service area at the time. I waited for about 15 minutes before Yve ever came out to greet me and I think she only came out then because a gentleman noticed I had been sitting there for a while. So thanks to him or I might have been there much longer! When she greeted me she asked me if I had any type of maintenance packages on my car which I knew I did but didn’t know which one and so at that point we went inside and she looked up my account. She only had me sign one paper which I thought was odd bc normally you have to sign and initial a few pages and spots but maybe you guys changed it and I told her I would be leaving and coming back and ask her about how long which she said and hour and a half was about average which we fine but 2 hours later she calls and gives me an update and says my car is pretty much done and said she would call me again once they brought my car back up. After an hour a just show up to the dealer ship and call to ask if my car is done because we are going on 3 hours now and Yve didn’t know who I was, said she didn’t have my name down for my car maintenance appointment. Had to remind her she called me an hour ago telling me my car was almost ready and than apparently right in that moment after not knowing who I was they brought my keys up. I don’t know what the deal was this time with this place but I’ve never had an issue with the service center before and Yve just wasn’t meeting my expectations and didn’t seems to know what was going on. More

I live in FL for half the year & always come in for oil changes on my way back. For years it was great! No muss no fuss, no “try to sell extras not necessary”…. until this year. Too many expensive “add-on changes on my way back. For years it was great! No muss no fuss, no “try to sell extras not necessary”…. until this year. Too many expensive “add-ons” & recommendations. I guess the word is out to try to sell more work… plus they asked me if i wanted to rotate the tires & I said not necessary ( had just done that at the tire shop) but you guys did it anyway. I didn’t complain but it’s a little aggravating. Bottom line is I’d still recommend this dealership mostly because my grandson-in-law’s father is best friends with the boss (Gettel himself) More
