On Tuesday 10/11/22 we scheduled our oil change for 10:30am. I arrived at 10:00am and they left me sitting in my car until 10:30am when they took my keys which is fine since I was early. They asked if I planned to wait on the vehicle and I said yes I would wait in the lobby. The lobby had probably 40+ people waiting. At 1:00pm (2.5hrs) after my appointment time, I told the girl that I had to leave in 20min to pick up my son from school. She went to check on my car and came out saying that there was a recall on a sensor that they wanted to fix and said they would need another 45min longer. I told her that was not an option since I had to get my son from school and told her I would schedule a second appointment for the sensor and to please bring my car around. She said "ok I''ll have them bring your car around". I waited 20min and they never brought my car. At 1:20pm I reminded her that I was waiting and that I HAD to leave in 10min to get my son. I went outside and at 1:30pm and another worker saw me pacing, asked if he could help and I explained that my car was suppose to be brought out 30min ago and I HAD to leave right then to get my son from school. He went in the back and told me it would be right out. 10min longer, still no car so I found another person and begged them for my car. I explained that I was now 10min late and my son would be sitting at school (he is 4yrs olds). Still no car came out. At 1:45 I broke down crying and begged another guy to get my car telling him now I was very late for picking up my son and my car came out 5 min later. Appointment was at 10:30am and at 1:50pm I was in tears begging for my vehicle. **It is obvious that they didn't even start my oil change until 1:00pm when I said I needed to leave in 20min** More

Not sure any service center is cracked up to be what they claim. They never told my battery cable were corroded and this cause me to break down on my return trip from Maine. Was not pleased since I trusted t claim. They never told my battery cable were corroded and this cause me to break down on my return trip from Maine. Was not pleased since I trusted the folks at the dealerships to tell me these things. They are quick to tell you when they feel you need air filters but not corrosion on a battery? More
