Brought in for repair of dome/door light, first time they didn't have the proper part. Second time they ordered the wrong part. Two trips in and still not fixed. Yve was very helpful throughout the whole experience. I've been taking our cars to Toyota of Lakewood since they opened and the service department has always been great. Always a good experience. After servicing my vehicle it was left ---WITH THE MOTOR RUNNING--in the lot. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I spoke to Michelle who apologized for "human error" and indicated it probably happened because they wer RUNNING--in the lot. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I spoke to Michelle who apologized for "human error" and indicated it probably happened because they were so busy. She indicated she would speak to the technician who serviced the vehicle. So far I have heard nothing from her regarding this conversation she was supposed to have with the technician. I would hope someone would follow up and determine if any action was taken to avoid any problems in the future. I'm hoping this matter is viewed seriously. The vehicle could have been stolen!!! Hopefully someone from Gettel will get back to me. We'll see!! More
