They didn’t understand the EV tax credits and cost us $1500 in extra reduction. When had the opportunity to correct the mistake, they acted selfishly and ruined the opportunity. After needing a piece replaced on our new car as part of our purchase agreement, we arrived to have it replaced and the part was Ordered incorrectly - after we specifically had the order fixed after WE fou our purchase agreement, we arrived to have it replaced and the part was Ordered incorrectly - after we specifically had the order fixed after WE found the mistake made by the salesperson on the day of the sale.
