The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the tech didn't replace the other 3 spark plugs as Yvonne suggested and as I ask that it be done. Also the car wasn't returned fully charged which was disapp didn't replace the other 3 spark plugs as Yvonne suggested and as I ask that it be done.
