Yet AGAIN, I am impressed with service department at Nucar Chevrolet of Norwood. Honest and just all around good people. This really does make me want to buy another Chevy. Always great there and go nowhere else take something off # a lot of times bc I’m a frequent flyer ..probably my first and last Chevy tho not bc of dealership but Chevy .had an issue I kept telling dealer ab # a lot of times bc I’m a frequent flyer ..probably my first and last Chevy tho not bc of dealership but Chevy .had an issue I kept telling dealer about ( grinding sound ) on 3 different visits in span of a year .on the fourth visit I was saddled with a $4000 bill and at that point was out of warranty .many emails to Chevy and I got the run around .bad business More

We brought our 2011 Avalanche in for repairs. However, our car shield service plan does not cover the cost of the repairs. Yvonne was very helpful and assisted us to the best of her abilities. Sh However, our car shield service plan does not cover the cost of the repairs. Yvonne was very helpful and assisted us to the best of her abilities. She had to make the call to the Car shield office on more than one occasion. Please Thank her for always providing the Moody's with Excellent Customer Service???????????? More

Easy booking, fast check-in, nice waiting area although sometimes crowded and a bit noisy as stupid people converse with people and everyone else in the waiting room whether you want to hear, quick checko sometimes crowded and a bit noisy as stupid people converse with people and everyone else in the waiting room whether you want to hear, quick checkout with explanations on what was done and suggestions on future service..... overall a good experience, all work done is explained as well as item cost and installation costs.
