Yvonne, was very helpful in helping to identify a sound coming from the wheel well of my MDX. Come to find out it was due to a rubber washer that was to have been replaced but it was deemed to be in good coming from the wheel well of my MDX. Come to find out it was due to a rubber washer that was to have been replaced but it was deemed to be in good shape when the new struts were replaced. With Yvonne’s help and the dealerships, the struts were repaired and the cost was mostly covered by warranty. You’re a first class operation with first class employees.
