Given that this dealership is near The Villages, one of America's largest retirement communities, I would expect them to avoid trying to "scam" people. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sul America's largest retirement communities, I would expect them to avoid trying to "scam" people. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sullivan Buick GMC in Ocala, FL. I feel that they took advantage of my disability while selling me a new car, pushing many optional features that I had explicitly declined. Additionally, when the dealer contacted my bank, they were extremely rude to the banker and insulted her before hanging up on her. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out for assistance, they have consistently ignored my phone calls and emails. This lack of response is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for their customers' needs. I expected better treatment and support, especially given my circumstances. My advice is to completly avoid this dealership and their employees. More
