bought a 2024 Audi A5 in April. purchased extended warranty items which I immediately canceled even though the items added $4,000 to my loan. I had a terrible experience purchasing a car from this dealership. Once you've made the payment, you will never be able to contact their manager or salespeople again—especially Erika White and Zane LaPaug dealership. I have been asking them for my vehicle's registration and license plate information, but they simply do not respond and have a terrible attitude, completely different from before I made the payment.
