Zane was both attentative and helpful in the buying process. He explained the differences in the various option packages as well as changes from model year to model year (this was a usef car purchase) process. He also followed after our first visit when vehicles he thought we might be interested in were added to the dealer inventory. I would also like to compliment Erika in finance for her professionalism. As for the dealership, the car was well prepared etc. Their sales approach is definatly old school - advertised price isn't the pre z tax, title and registration fee if you buy here count on a significant un advertised dealer fee and the need to lots of negotiating (like in the 70's and 80's withers sales rep shuttling back and forth between the customer a d a manager sitting behind a glass wall. All of that is fine as long as you are comfortable with that process. More
