Zach was excellent. He spent more than a reasonable amount of time helping me decide on what decision to make and did not pressure me to “buy”. He even gave me his perso He spent more than a reasonable amount of time helping me decide on what decision to make and did not pressure me to “buy”. He even gave me his personal cell # in case I had any questions and called me the next day to see if everything was up to expectations which it was. Then, the next day I had a question about a function he showed me that I forgot so I called Zach and he walked me through it again. He then called me later to make sure I got it. Zach was the sales person but clearly more than just about getting a car off the lot - making sure his client was satisfied and knew I could get in touch whenever and if needed. Given the market these days, I’d give him a raise or some incentive to keep him as engaged as he was with me. Also, as I’m sure you know a buyer spends a good amount of time in the showroom and I was particularly impressed with how everyone made it a point to engage with me. Chuck, Ryan (both of them) and others not just looked and say hi but actually spent time stopping and talking. A great team. And highly recommend to others and will be back! More
