I live in Florida as does the person that referred me to this dealership. Zach made it soo easy and hassle free to find and purchase a car. It took him about a day and a half to find the car that I wanted, in my price range and everything. I was able to do my financial application over the phone with Dahn (the finance manager), which took all of about 10 minutes. They found the car I wanted on Thursday and the paperwork was in my hand Saturday morning. They were both super nice and worked fast and efficiently to make this happen for me. I never felt stressed or rushed, & they were available immediately any time I needed anything. And they had my car delivered right to my front door. I would’ve never thought that buying a car could be this painless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Zach, Dahn and Mercedes-Benz of Columbia for your car buying needs, no matter where you’re purchasing from in the US. More

What the reviews didn't tell me was I drove from KC to Columbia because I first researched the rating of Mercedes-Benz of Columbia which were stellar. What the reviews didn't tell me was the exceptional service you receive prior to, during and after the purchase (or not) of a vehicle. I was lucky and found the perfect car for me and they made it worth my time to drive the 4 hour round trip to get this car. Zac was my salesman who always provided immediate response. I asked very detailed questions and asked for several things to be provided to me and he did so within minutes. I originally sent an email and it was full speed ahead with everything I needed from there. I only had one free day to complete this and Zac was so on top of things he had paperwork ready just in case, he had the car detailed and serviced before I even arrived. For me, this was critical since I had very limited time. After I purchased the car and started driving home, he even gave me tips on how various features worked and of course driving that distance I learned all kinds of things. In addition, after I arrived home, he continues to be available anytime I have a question. Also, not the typical pushy sales person. He gives you facts and information, and you decide. Whether you buy or not, I'm sure he would remain your friend. Overall, outstanding dealership staff in general, great processes and buying with Zac was a great experience. I will go back to Columbia, regardless of the drive for my or my family's next cars. Thanks everyone! More
