I was looking for a specific vehicle and had particular requests in options. Zac was completely up to the challenge, found me a vehicle match via text (my preference) within minutes, and we picked it up for an extended test drive within the hour, keeping it overnight was a welcome bonus. Zac and his team sought competitive financing from various lenders with whom they have relationships in order to meet our specific financial needs and personalize our bottom line. Overall, this was a positive experience and I would purchase from Zac and MBoC again if the need arises. More

A terrible storm occurred on our way there. Zac phoned midstream to check on us! We drove the car, but could not come to an agreement, but left on very friendly terms. Danh Do, the finance manager came out to express his appreciation for the opportunity to do business with us. The following day we again called Zac and continued to negotiate, finally coming to an deal acceptable to all. When we arrived at the dealership to finalize the paperwork, it was all ready for us as was the car, beautifully detailed and full od gas!! I totally recommend this dealership and its staff. We were there forever and the salesman was.....well...a car salesman. So on Friday when we left for the lake and Glen said we were stopping in Colombia I figured it would be all afternoon. I was so wrong! Zac Nichols was wonderful . Fast and efficient but gave us all the information we needed for our new Mercedes.
