When we contacted the dealership, Zac Nichols responded and was really responsive to our situation. He worked with us to make sure the vehicle was still available and made us feel totally comfortable in making the trip to Columbia. Once we met Zac in person, he was so friendly and was a real pleasure to work with. We ended up buying the vehicle and it was really a great experience. Best Car Buying Experience - Thanks Zac I was in the market for a car for my daughter she is turning 16 and we wanted something reliable and economical. We shopped around and my wife and I f I was in the market for a car for my daughter she is turning 16 and we wanted something reliable and economical. We shopped around and my wife and I felt that the sales guys just weren't listening to what we were asking for.... I knew Zac in the past and remembered that he was in the car business and though to call him. Thank God we did. Even though he worked for a Mercedes dealership he found us the perfect car with in our budget and it wasn't a Mercedes. The car had very low miles and we got a 100K warranty that really made the deal. I was worried about how we would get the car beings that we live in Florida now. Zac took care of everything for us. The deal was seamless. From FEDEXing us the paperwork back and forth and setting up the shipping of the car to us. When we got the car the shipper had scratched it and claimed that it was an existing scratch. We called Zac prior to receiving/accepting the car and Zac on a Friday night picked up and talked to the shipper/driver directly and had all the documentation showing that he personally conducted the walk around with the shipper/driver and the scratch was not there and signed off by driver. In hindsight this was huge because we took it to a dealership here in Florida to repair and it cost $529.00 which because of Zac's due diligence the shipper had to pay with no questions. What a great relief that was because that could have easily turned into a nightmare. We will never buy a car from anyone but Zac as long as he's in the business. If you are looking for a car please give Zac a try to earn your business. I'm sure you will be happy with him. More
