I started the application online, but a nice young man called. He was very nice and helpful everyone there was awesome. Once I went there he had everything together and I was out within a hour. Would not recommend. We love our car, but the service was horrible. We asked them to run through our credit union. They claimed they got us a better rate through another We love our car, but the service was horrible. We asked them to run through our credit union. They claimed they got us a better rate through another credit union. Never even tried ours, but did run credit through 6 banks. Six!!! But not the ONE we requested. We waited 30 minutes for salesman to put gas in our car. When he returned, there was less than half a tank. Oil life in car is 32%. Car needed to be aligned and they were supposed to do that before we picked the car up. Now they can’t seem to get us on their schedule. We knew what we wanted when we entered their lot. We found it. Wish they knew how to satisfy customers. We bought another car from a different dealer less than a year ago and would highly recommend them to anyone. We love our car, but we would never send anyone to Serra. More

The price was really good and they were very accommodating. My only issue is they skimp on the truth. Not exactly a lie but they told me they could fully pay for my trade in 7,930 but only ended accommodating. My only issue is they skimp on the truth. Not exactly a lie but they told me they could fully pay for my trade in 7,930 but only ended up paying 6,000 on it. So my new car has an added 2,000. May have been worth it but I still would have like to know the whole thing. My representative also did not explain all of the warranties when I asked about them. He actually sounded very unsure. I’m happy I did most of MY research though. Everyone was nice but not very knowledgeable. More
