Long appt. but worth it. We went to see Zach at Belzer, our friend reffered him to us after he leased a truck from them. The dealership was buzzing with employees and customers but we felt like he was really trying to make sure he spent the time he needed to with us to make sure we got what we wanted! He brought Joe in to meet us to work out financing. We knew exactly how much we were willing/able to spend per month. Joe didnt really care about that, my trade in value seemed a little low. Then after a pretty long wait we met with Andy, who was awesome. He understood what our needs were and also that we were in a time crunch because we had already been there over 3 hours by this point. After, Andy helped us, we signed all the papers for my 2016 Chevy Traverse lease and Hunter brought us out to the newly detailed car! Pretty good experience but would have allotted more time than I initially expected. More
