Unreturned phone calls broken promises. Shady business. Save itself the hassle find a honest dealer. Highline is in no way shape or form a reputable dealer based solely on their actions n my experience. More

Great people to do business with I was looking for Audi Q5 for quite some time on car gurus and many other online sites. finally yesterday (10/05/16) i found Audi Q5 Hybrid Prestige I was looking for Audi Q5 for quite some time on car gurus and many other online sites. finally yesterday (10/05/16) i found Audi Q5 Hybrid Prestige at a incredible price.I called the Highline Auto sales and Bekim answered the phone spoke to him at length about the car and got convinced being the right car me at the right price. I live in Brookfield WI 150 miles away from the dealership drove there the same day bought the car.Bekim is such a nice person that he even offered me lunch at the dealership. Thank you Bekim. I would highly recommend every body to check their awesome inventory of fine luxury line of cars. More

Due your due diligence I purchased a 2011 Audi Q5 from these guys in Jan 2016. I was hit with a $2700 repair cost in Au6 2016, car needed new breaks, tires, control arm, etc I purchased a 2011 Audi Q5 from these guys in Jan 2016. I was hit with a $2700 repair cost in Au6 2016, car needed new breaks, tires, control arm, etc. I had only put six thousand or so miles on the car. I called the dealership because theses guys told me to call if I had any problem with the car and even encouraged me to bring to them for service. I spoke with Gus cause the guy I bought the car from no longer worked there. First Gus told me it has been 8-9 months and then he told me I did not buy a warranty. When I argued that they sell luxury cars and owners have a reasonable expectation that nothing will go wrong so soon after they have purchased, he asked me if I was recording our call. I called the next day after I put the car in the shop and paid to find out the details of what was wrong, Gus told me my mechanic was overcharging and to pull it out and bring the car to him. I was on such a high when I bought the car, it was everything I was looking for. Now I pray nothing else goes wrong with the car. I still recommend these guys. They have nice cars and prices are reasonable. I don't think Gus was my salesman when I purchased. He is however the salesman who would not listen to my concerns and made me feel like I did not have the support of High Line...I thought to let it go, put it in the past but I thought I would write a review cause the guys I bought the car from were pretty cool guys, I just don't know what happened with this salesman. More

In fact, when we were getting the rate on the loan, the guys let me know it came back even lower than what they originally quoted me. I was a little leery about the facility but the cars were great, checked out by my mechanic in excellent condition, and would recommend Highline to my friends without hesitation. Good price, fair to deal with, and super fast. More
