Gus provided me additional photos of specific items as requested & photos of when the car was being loaded for shipping. Zack provided the temporary tags & buyers order & sent all the required paperwork very quickly. The car was just as clean & good condition as they said. Shipping had correct paperwork, kept in contact & took time to walk through shipping form & notes. I received the car exactly 9 days from the initial deposit, amazing! More

We had a little issue with financing and I ended up paying cash, but they worked with me. I was able to take the car, fill the paperwork and come back the next day with my checkbook. They were pretty confident that the car was in great shape and they were right. I could have returned the car with no hassle before paying, but I'm glad there were no issues. Pricing was also better than anyone else in the Chicagoland area. More

Great Customer Service!!! I bought a pre-owned Mercedes from High Line. I worked with Casey, Zack, Mo, and a couple other guys who's names I didn't get. My wife and I had had I bought a pre-owned Mercedes from High Line. I worked with Casey, Zack, Mo, and a couple other guys who's names I didn't get. My wife and I had had a great experience. I was a bit wary at first with the location and their casual attitude, but make no mistake these guys did a phenomenal job. Their location, inside a warehouse, while not your typical dealership, helps keep their overhead down, and was a unique way to set up shop. Casey went above and beyond with arranging financing. He wasn't satisfied with the initial rate so he worked with the bank to get an even better one. The bank even sent a guy to the dealership (thanks Jeff!). My wife noticed a couple of issues with the car we were looking at, a cracked marker light, and a hole in the grill. They went to the Mercedes dealer, got the parts and fixed the issues before we drove away. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to buy a car. More
