We were pleased with the car in the beginning and after a month of having the car had a big engine problem that was going to cost us 2 grand to fix it and they weren’t even trying to help us fix the car sayi month of having the car had a big engine problem that was going to cost us 2 grand to fix it and they weren’t even trying to help us fix the car saying we declined the there so called warranty and we never received the paperwork to prove it and tried even make me pay to release my car from service. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone More

We were given a car in terrible condition and lied to about what was wrong. They had the car for over 2 months doing constant repairs with nothing ever being resolved. My partner and I had been paying on about what was wrong. They had the car for over 2 months doing constant repairs with nothing ever being resolved. My partner and I had been paying on a car for months that we weren't even able to drive because of how bad the car was. And then when we expressed how we would like to be either put into a different vehicle or at the very least have the car given to us in the condition that was promised in the first place by the sales agent, a completely inexperienced sales agent who was unfamiliar with our situation tried upselling us another 10,000 dollars on a 2023 kia sol. And even after my entire experience trying to get the service department to fix the issues that they say they kept fixing (but didnt) the issue WAS NEVER RESOLVED. Words cannot express how dissatisfied i am with how i was treated by the sales team. They were completely unhelpful in a situation that honestly would have warranted legal involvement. I will never purchase another car at grote mitsubishi again and i will advise others about my experience at every given opportunity. After what grote has demonstrated so far i still do not even expect them to try and resolve this issue, which is extremely ridiculous and unprofessional. I would expect a dealership with some self respect to actually sell cars that are drivable and to remedy their mistakes. Instead i have been pushed around, stonewalled and treated unfairly. More
