While at the dealership it was good. But after the visit and my vehicle wasn't updated I called and left messages but after 3 times I get a call service. This is during regular hours. On But after the visit and my vehicle wasn't updated I called and left messages but after 3 times I get a call service. This is during regular hours. Once you leave this place whether after purchase of a brand new vehicle to my first service call they don't respond. More

I have been here several times for service and each time was good and things were done in a timely manner. I came in for service on 4/19/24. When I say I’ve never seen a team go this far above & beyond, I mean WOW! I came back for an appt to have an accessory put on. Rather than having me come back 2 weeks, the Southern Chevrolet team found the missing part, sent someone out to pick it up, & got the job done! Keep it up guys & gals!
