I really enjoyed the Truck buying experience at Ed Martin GMC. All the sales people were great to work with. The only annoying process was the sales pitch on the Simoniz, warranty plan. After spending nearly GMC. All the sales people were great to work with. The only annoying process was the sales pitch on the Simoniz, warranty plan. After spending nearly $50,000 on the truck if you went with the highest plan it could’ve added another $6000 to the financing. Most folks have a budget on what they want to spend and adding additional cost to the monthly payment even though it was called “minimal” with the 72 month finance plan...still can being Uncomfortable to make a decision. I’ve never experienced such great customer service in my life. What a TEAM of professionals,I wasn’t sure when I went in that I could find exactly what I wanted because I didn’t know exactly what I could af life. What a TEAM of professionals,I wasn’t sure when I went in that I could find exactly what I wanted because I didn’t know exactly what I could afford, in less than 30 mins the sales TEAM found me several options to choose from. They made it so easy and comfortable for me, NO PRESURE !!! I drove away in a new truck that I thought would be impossible for me have.Again GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
