I opened my trifold cover for the first time today. Its dented on the underside. Thanks a lot for putting a dented one on a brand new truck. It's an obvious dent. Your "team" could not of missed it during dented on the underside. Thanks a lot for putting a dented one on a brand new truck. It's an obvious dent. Your "team" could not of missed it during the install. Doing this only after sticking it to me on my trade while being dis-honest with me about how much you were listing it for on your lot. On top of that hitting my with another $1000 your sales team told me they didn't charge and refusing to make it right. Even after the salesperson had told you he told me that. I guess poor management/leadership does trickle down to the employees. These are things I would expect from a Buy Here Pay Here lot. Not from a new car dealership. Good thing is you won't get another dime out of me. Me and anyone in my family will never do business there again. I'll be sure to pass my very honest experience on to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle as well. Love the truck. Regret buying it from your dealership. Congratulations you have won the award for the worst dealer I have ever done business with. More

I really enjoyed the Truck buying experience at Ed Martin GMC. All the sales people were great to work with. The only annoying process was the sales pitch on the Simoniz, warranty plan. After spending nearly GMC. All the sales people were great to work with. The only annoying process was the sales pitch on the Simoniz, warranty plan. After spending nearly $50,000 on the truck if you went with the highest plan it could’ve added another $6000 to the financing. Most folks have a budget on what they want to spend and adding additional cost to the monthly payment even though it was called “minimal” with the 72 month finance plan...still can being Uncomfortable to make a decision.
