I started here at Bozard Ford on July 1st of 2015 after serving 4 years in the United States Army. At the time I was working two part time jobs, finishing up my Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of North Florida. I began my employment here with no intention of staying long-term, but I am still here and couldn't be happier or more proud of the company I represent!

Outstanding Customer Service and Highly recommended! I started on my journey to test drive three of the top brands of trucks: Ford, GMC, Toyota. I had not planned to purchase on this day, but as I was I started on my journey to test drive three of the top brands of trucks: Ford, GMC, Toyota. I had not planned to purchase on this day, but as I was test driving the Ford F-150 Platinum 4x4 it became very clear that I really wanted to deal with Zach Gibbs. His integrity and customer forward approach crafted an instant trust. All my questions were addressed quickly and soundly. Zach's genuine friendliness provided an atmosphere which alleviated the usual stress associated with buying a new vehicle. His professional and courteous behavior upholds the highest standards a buyer hopes to receive. I highly recommend Bozard Ford and without a doubt dealing with Zach Gibbs. More

Very professional experience I recently bought an F150 super crew from Bozard. The reason it ended up being Bozard was their professionalism. Frankly, I have never seen a team in a domestic car dealership act this maturely before. No one was stalking me, no hard sell, finance manager courteous and knowledge…I would give an extremely enthusiastic recommendation. Specifically I found Zack, while younger in age, knowledgeable and mature - and he wasn't hunting me down to make a sale. Rick as a finance manager was one of the best I have dealt with over the years, transparent and personable. Only downside - and it wasn't for me - was I popped in to ask a question when Zack was out. I basically asked a question and shook hands with another person who then staked a 50% claim of the sale - that I didn't care for. For a Ford in North FL - I would highly recommend. More

No pressure from salesman I met Zach at the dealership and he was polite and showed us cars requested. He encouraged me to take my time because cars are expensive decision. I looked at some cars and talked to salesman via text. I returned a few days later a purchased a car. Bozart overall is friendly service and concern for Customers to select the tight vehicle. Zach made sure I understood all paperwork before I drove. Mr. Kevin Mitchell was professional in conducting my financial purchase of my vehicle. Overall, the buying experience was outstanding. I will tell my friends about Bozart for their vehicle Needs and recommend asking for Zach. More
